A sauce that was years in the making …
Long before ADISH BY C was officially founded in our little kitchen in Pasadena, CA, we were
experimenting … cooking up sauces, testing marinades, and blending spices for all kinds of dishes.
After years of fine-tuning, we finally perfected one recipe that stood out above all others:
our signature Chili Sauce. It’s the sauce we poured our hearts into — bold, balanced, and unbelievably versatile. The kind of sauce that will find a home at your table.
THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME
Right around the time that we were looking for a unique and meaningful name for the sauce, our baby girl started talking. One of her first words was: “ADISH”. At first my wife and I didn’t think much of it besides finding it very cute. But after scratching our heads for a while, one day my wife sparked with joy and said: how about ADISH. It was perfect. Little that we knew, the name had already come to light, we just hadn’t seen it. That’s how “ADISH by C” or in other words “A Dish by Celine” was born.
